As a performer and director Jody Scalise won-"Best New Work" at the International Mime and Movement Festival.
Recieved two American Cable Awards for his performances on PBS with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra.
Was Artist in Residence at UMASS Amherst for three years..

Was a cast memeber of the Emmy winning show "Catch a Rainbow" on ABC Television.
