K-6 Assembly Program & Lessons »

I've never seen a health skills program generate this much enthusiasm from staff, students and parents.
--- Barbara Singleton - SAPIS Supervisor District 6, New York City

The Million Dollar Machine (MDM) is a comprehensive life skills enrichment program that teaches children a variety of personal, social, health and environmental skills. An interactive, multi-media robot teacher introduces MDM to students, teachers and parents with a dynamic live assembly at each school. There, children learn that their bodies are the real "million dollar machines" for which the program is named. The colorful, life-sized robot captivates the children and gives them the knowledge and motivation to achieve their personal best in life.

  • MDM is recommended for all children in Grades K-6 (ages 5-12).
  • MDM promotes self-responsibility, logical decision-making skills and positive social skills.
  • MDM includes specific health and assertiveness skills that inspire children to protect themselves from cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, violence and other threats.
  • MDM's effectiveness is validated by 5 independent scientific studies.
  • MDM includes complete teacher-designed lesson plans and learning materials with more than 1,200 integrated activities and discussion topics, 80 interactive parent/child worksheets and complete implementation guidelines.

We encourage educators and parents to compare our teaching materials, research validation, recommendations and costs to any other life skills program available.
