The Fairytaler, an elegant lady from the sea dressed in gowns and jewels, presents dramatic interactive shows using fifteen to twenty pre-selected students to play the parts in the productions. These students, in a forty-five minute character workshop prior to the show are costumed and coached by The Fairytaler and her assistant. No changing involved, provided costumes fit over their clothes. After the workshop these students are weaved into the production by The Fairytaler with the aid of her assistant as they perform for their fellow classmates, parents and teachers.

The Fairytaler productions engages students in individual and group creative imagination, problem solving, critical thinking and evaluative skills while providing the opportunity for understanding and appreciation of theatre skills.
