Haunting violin and whale calls...fables for the modern age...songs about reptiles and changing relationships...a foot stomping bluegrass medley... Steve's music and stories appeal to audiences on many different levels. His performances and workshops have touched adults and children alike from New England to Alaska to the British Isles. Steve's recordings of original songs and instrumentals receive airplay on NPR and college radio stations across the U.S. and Canada. Honors include a 1992 NH Artist Fellowship and five fiddling championships. For larger venues, Steve appears together with Odds Bodkin as the duo, Wellspring (see separate listing).
